Do you ship orders to Mexico? 

  • We do not ship any orders to Mexico, all orders placed must be picked up by the customer or a representative of the person that placed the order, here in our address.

 Order Pick Up

  • Where do I pick up my order? Pick up your order at our location- 1500 E. 3RD ST., EL PASO, TX 79901
  • What do I need to bring to pick up my order? Sales order provided online and your ID
  • Can someone else pick up my order? Yes, you can provide the name of the person that will pick up your order on the comments in your shopping cart.
  • How long do I have to pick up my order? You will have 3 business days to pick up your order once you receive an email notifying you that your order is ready.
  • What if I don't pick up my order by the last day required? Mid-west Textile will charge the customer a 20% restocking fee of the order. The remaining balance will be reimbursed to the form of payment of the customer.
